24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require a 24 hours cancellation notice via text/email/vagaro booking. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% service fee applies and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
This can be given over the phone or you can stop in to give payment.

NO CALL- NO SHOW POLICY
Should a no call- no show occur, a 50% no-show service fee applies and will be due before a new appointment is re-scheduled.

***After two no call- no shows, appointments will no longer be accepted or scheduled***

SERVICE REDO POLICY
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.

LATE POLICY
After 15 minutes past the appointment start time, the service will be rescheduled.
